Every day fresh produce, poultry, meat and fish arrive to make up Nomad's delectable dishes. Crisp salads are made with fresh organic vegetables from Nyoman's own organic farm and dressings are made using Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Only when you order is your dish prepared, ensuring freshness and quality. No food comes out of a show-case in a sunny window at the door. No MSG (monosodium glutamate) or any other additives are used in Nomad food.
